Sign Your Service Agreement

Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you a service agreement via Adobe Sign. It’s fully digital — no paperwork, no printing, no posting. You can sign it on your computer, tablet, or phone, and it comes straight back to us once completed.

What you need to do: Simply open the email from Adobe Sign, review the agreement, and sign electronically at your pace.

Within 24 Hours

Complete the NDIS Endorsement

We’ll email you the endorsement details, including the NDIS phone number and our Organisation ID. You (or your nominee) then call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 and request to “complete the participant endorsed provider process,” quoting our Organisation ID .

Important: This step must be completed by you or your nominee — we’re unable to do this on your behalf. It’s a security measure by the NDIS to confirm you’ve chosen us as your plan manager. If you’d prefer, we can also send a relationship request directly to your NDIS portal — whichever option suits you best.

You’re Connected & Ready

Once the endorsement is complete, our software connects directly with the NDIS system and we receive notification — sometimes within a couple of hours, or even sooner. Your budget will then be available to view through your Brevity Care app.

Who else can access your dashboard: Family members, carers, and support coordinators can all be given access with your permission — so everyone stays in the loop.

We contact your current plan manager and the NDIS portal directly. We set a release date that ensures there’s no interruption to your provider payments during the transition period.

Does plan management cost anything from my NDIS budget?
No — plan management is funded by the NDIS through its own budget called Improved Life Choices. It doesn’t reduce the money available for your support services, equipment, or therapies.
How quickly are invoices processed and paid?
We process invoices within 2 business days of receiving them. Once we submit the claim to the NDIA, payment to your provider follows within 1–3 business days depending on NDIA processing times. This is significantly faster than many larger plan management providers.
Can I still choose my own service providers?
Yes — absolutely. In fact, plan management gives you more choice than agency management. You can use any NDIS-registered provider or unregistered providers (such as local tradespeople, private therapists, or community organisations). You choose who supports you — we handle the payments.
Can family members or support coordinators access my budget information?
Yes — our budget tracking system allows you to grant access to nominated family members, carers, and support coordinators. They can view your budget, invoice history, and plan details in real time, with your permission. This makes coordination and plan reviews much easier.
