Get in Touch — We’ll Have a Chat
Call us on 0424 881 408 or fill out our contact form. No call queues, no bots. We’ll explain everything in plain English and answer any questions about your plan.
Sign Your Service Agreement
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you a service agreement via Adobe Sign. It’s fully digital — no paperwork, no printing, no posting. You can sign it on your computer, tablet, or phone, and it comes straight back to us once completed.
Complete the NDIS Endorsement
We’ll email you the endorsement details, including the NDIS phone number and our Organisation ID. You (or your nominee) then call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 and request to “complete the participant endorsed provider process,” quoting our Organisation ID .
You’re Connected & Ready
Once the endorsement is complete, our software connects directly with the NDIS system and we receive notification — sometimes within a couple of hours, or even sooner. Your budget will then be available to view through your Brevity Care app.
We Handle Invoices & Support You
From here, your service providers send invoices directly to us. We check them for compliance and pay them within 2 business days. You don’t need to chase anyone or handle a single invoice — registered or unregistered providers, it’s all covered.
Call or Message Us — We Handle the Rest
You don’t need to give your current plan manager notice or get involved in any paperwork disputes. Simply contact us and say you’d like to switch — we’ll take it from there.
We Notify Your Previous Plan Manager
We contact your current plan manager and the NDIS portal directly. We set a release date that ensures there’s no interruption to your provider payments during the transition period.
We’re Live as Your Plan Manager
Once the NDIS portal is updated, we’re officially your plan manager and your budget dashboard is activated.
